Why Choose The Mobility Clinic?

Hello! I am Manali, the founder and creator of The Mobility Clinic. I am a high school student who is currently a freshman. You’ve probably wondered; why exactly should you choose this clinic? Just think about how much money you could save if you just act now. If you just give yourself 20 minutes daily, how that will 100% impact you positively. I’m not joking. Stretching is for many people. Not just athletes and dancers, but people who walk a lot, sit for homework, and do other daily activities. 


I read a book called The Anatomy of Stretching by Brad Walker. This is what he wrote:


“Tight, stiff muscles interfere with proper muscle action. If the muscles cannot contract and relax efficiently, this will result in decreased performance and a lack of muscle movement control”.


It is quite sad that many people aren’t aware of this and when their body curves into an unnatural shape, it feels uncomfortable. It makes it difficult to get that posture/pain back to normal. So, just by spending 20 minutes in your life is all I'm asking. This way, you won’t need to spend extra money to go to the doctors or a massage center. The quote below was also from the same book:


“... a regular stretching program will also help to improve posture, develop body awareness, improve coordination, promote circulation, increase energy, and improve relaxation and stress relief.”
